Kids are an integral part of life at King’s Church, and our heart is to see each child encounter God and have a passion to live for Him throughout their lives! We want them to know how much they are loved and develop a close relationship with Jesus, to hear him speak, know the power he has for each of us today and influence the world around them through his love.
Our vision is to see the life of the children transformed through Jesus to the glory of God. We want to introduce the children to Jesus, through the word, in the context of relationships.
As a church family, we start the Sunday service together with worship. After a couple of songs, the children aged 2 -13 are released to go to the groups catering specifically for their ages.
These groups are places of welcome, acceptance, friendship, creativity, fun and learning.
We unpack Bible stories together through play, crafts, questions, drama, games, music and prayer.
For those with little ones under the age of 2, we open up a parent room during the sermon, to play, for mutual encouragement, and to deepen friendships.
Visitors are always very welcome!
